You can just attach new Dockerfile, or patch file with changes to current.
Concerning Docker release — you have to raise discussion on Apache Ignite dev-list about necessity of including s390x Docker to release.
I guess this time (nearest release 2.11) you can ping me directly about releasing s390x — I will check how it can be done in terms of tags and repositories.
