Help Google fix the slow canvas on KitKat; Looking for broader test cases of perf regressions

Hi cordova devs,

Google android & chrome engineers are asking for your help gathering data
and test cases of performance regressions (or just bad perf) in Android 4.4
using HTML Canvas in WebView.  Help us fix: https://crbug.com/315111

If you know anyone who has complained about this issue before, please do
reach out to them.
