> Project: Maven
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Integration Tests
> Affects Versions: 3.7.0

> Priority: Major

> The unreliability comes from the fact that no plugin has been fixed (version) in the parent POM of the test project. As soon as you update Maven from MNG-6169 the test starts to fail that lengths do not match. So this test relies on implicit declaration of plugin versions.
> Reproducer:
> 1. Build Maven from MNG-6169/MNG-6551
> 2. Run ITs from MNG-6551
> 3. See it fail
> One needs to remove {{-q}}, scan for plugins and fix their versions.
