[VOTE][RESULT] Open github issues as an experimental option
The vote passed with 11 +1s (9 binding).
Thank you all for the discussion and vote on this proposal. I will
cooperate with Hyukjin, the shepherd of the original SPIP, to open GitHub
issues and set up the labels. I hope we have a nice outcome from this
experiment!
