old repository backed up

My new company gave me some disks of an old project.  The folder structure
is as follows:

 

conf                       folder

dav                         folder

Db                          folder

hooks                    folder

locks                      folder

format                  file

README              text document

 

The readme says it is a svn repository.  I was wondering how to use an svn
admin tool to expose these files as they originally were?
