This JIRA accompanies this change to the website: https://github.com/apache/spark-website/pull/33.

Running individual tests is not something that changes with new versions of the project, and is primarily used by developers (not users) so should be moved to the developer-tools page of the main website (with a link from the building-spark page on the release-specific docs).
