I am having a problem attaching a patch to DERBY-1953. When I tried to post the files, I get the following error message:

Check that the application server and JIRA have permissions to write to: /usr/local/tomcat/tomcat-jira/attachments/DERBY/DERBY-1953

This now also happens to DERBY-630.
