[jira] [Created] (STREAMPIPES-224) Update Consul key value
configuration for pipeline elements when reconnecting
Patrick Wiener created STREAMPIPES-224:
------------------------------------------
Summary: Update Consul key value configuration for pipeline elements when reconnecting
Key: STREAMPIPES-224
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STREAMPIPES-224
Project: StreamPipes
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Pipeline Elements
Reporter: Patrick Wiener
Fix For: 0.68.0
Pipeline elements store their service endpoint and configuration in Consul. Once registered the dedicated ID or route a pipeline element will not "change" this entries even though the config definition inside the pipeline element changed (e.g. occurs when developing and then deploying as Docker container).
Current workaround is to clear/edit the entry manually, i.e. key-value entries and services.
