Why are you so hard to contact???!!!

Your website tries to pawn people off on each other, twitter, FAQ that don't apply, "documents", etc. etc. instead of just getting down to giving support.  VERY FRUSTRATING.

So I finally found this email address and hopefully a real person will respond.

I have Open Office 3.3, which came with my reconditioned computer when I bought it.  Suddenly it won't let me specify margins no matter what I try (through right-click, format-page, whatever).  The ruler has no slider on the right to adjust -- it just disappeared.  Now what???

We have many channels to develop support, you can go to a web forum at
http://forum.openoffice.org/en/ or this user mailing list. If you feel this
is a bug, you can report it at our bugzilla https://issues.apache.org/ooo/

There are options to enable or disable rulers, you can also go to the Tools
-> Options -> Writer -> View to enable them.
