[jira] [Created] (CASSANDRA-13324) Outbound TCP connections ignore internode authenticator

Ariel Weisberg created CASSANDRA-13324:
------------------------------------------

Summary: Outbound TCP connections ignore internode authenticator
                 Key: CASSANDRA-13324
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-13324
             Project: Cassandra
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Streaming and Messaging
            Reporter: Ariel Weisberg
            Assignee: Ariel Weisberg

When creating an outbound connection pool and connecting from within andOutboundTcpConnection it doesn't check if internode authenticator will allow the connection. In practice this can cause a bunch of orphaned threads perpetually attempting to reconnect to an endpoint that is will never accept the connection.
