New version of SOAP taglib

Hello,

under http://ulim.cocoonhost.com is a new version. Now the SOAP taglib can
be a client to many public SOAP services on the Internet. There are
also new docs and new samples online to illustrate this new feature.
However, SOAP-client/SOAP-service interoperability is still the same major
issue it was yesterday. Complain to the makers of SOAP. Or do it like me:
use the SOAP-XML mode ;-)
