Can you give an example of a "grammar identifier"? In the case of DTD, what would I use... http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml? This is implied but not explicit at http://cocoon.zones.apache.org/daisy/documentation/864/validation.html. An example would be worth 1000 words.
