Fixes to Abdera SVN properties

There are quite a few problems with the SVN properties; see script at

http://people.apache.org/~sebb/SVNfixes/

(which should work on Unix - and in a DOS box if suitably
 named)

 These are not critical to the release, but not having them causes
 problems when working across systems with different EOLs.
