FYI, passes w/long & net tests on two fairly disparate systems for me.

Running rules and rc2 on a production system and will review logs 
tomorrow but so far looks pretty good.

I'm still researching the unmatched error in mail::address and the 
razor2 issue but they pre-date this release and should not hold up this 
release IMO.

On FreeBSD 8.2 passed all tests for me with long and net, The only ones I
skipped were the tests that require configuring a database, whatever
run_saw_ampersand does when it is set to y, and the run as root tests.
