Migrate all Help files in docbook format to asciidoc format and include them in a global marketing.adoc document.

marketing.adoc follow  the template describe in Example structure for adoc files in the wiki [https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/OFBiz+Documentation+Team]
