ButtonBar and tabbing

I see that a basic buttonBar is not tabbable. I cannot tab from one button
or renderer to another. Can that be changed?

Use an Hgroup of Buttons.  ButtonBar uses arrow keys to move from one
button to another much like RadioButton and TabNavigator.
