[jira] Created: (IVY-910) Filesystem resolver: talks about
"patterns" but does notmention these must become absolute file paths
Filesystem resolver: talks about "patterns" but does notmention these must become absolute file paths
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: IVY-910
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IVY-910
Project: Ivy
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Documentation
Affects Versions: 2.0-RC1
Reporter: Andy Seaborne
Priority: Minor
The filesystem resolver does not mention path names. It talks of "patterns" and has an example "[module]/[revision]/[artifact].[ext]" that it says works.
But (2.0-RC1) these must become absolute paths which is not mentioned or linked to.

Fix Version/s: (was: 2.0)
2.0.x
bq. avier: I've specified "2.0" as fix version, please update if this isn't correct....
I've created a 2.0.x version for such cases where we don't really know if it will be included in 2.0 yet.
