[users@httpd] Process Request errors

Over the last three days I have started to receive hundreds of the following
message in my error log:

[Thu Nov 21 14:28:04 2002] [error] process_request error [-100]

I am running
Apache 1.3.14 (patched) with mod_ssl 2.7.1
Sun Solaris 8
Open_SSL 0.9.6e

Any ideas?
