[ACS 44] Setup issues

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up a VM running the CloudStack Management
Server for a colleague of mine.

It's been quite a while since I've had to walk through all the setup steps
and we're having a little trouble trying to run the CS MS (4.4) in this new
VM (Ubuntu 12.04).

We can compile the code just fine with mvn -P developer, systemvm clean
install, but we see the following error when trying to run it:

vanilla@vanilla-virtual-machine:~/cloudstack$ mvn -pl client jetty:run
