Airflow Backport Providers 2021.3.13 are released

Dear Airflow community,

I'm happy to announce that Airflow Backport Providers packages 2021.3.13
were just released:
* apache.beam
* apache.druid
* microsoft.azure
* snowflake

Thanks to Xinbin Huang and Flavien Dereume-Hancart who helped with finding
problems, fixed and tested the original providers. You rock!

The source release, as well as the binary releases, are available here:

https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/airflow/backport-providers/

We also made those versions available on PyPi for convenience ('pip install
apache-airflow-backport-providers-*'):
