During the Catalog validation, preflight checks the expected entries of the bookmark (Outline Dictionary).
There are a problem when the Outline is present with a Count entry set to 0, we expect First and Last entries.
- First and last entries are forbidden if Count entry is missing
- First and last entries must be present only if Count entry bigger than 0.
