[Bug 5173] setting SCORE values has no effect

AWL computes a different score for each message, using the algorithm described
in the wiki page http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/AutoWhitelist so any
setting of a single fixed score in a configuration file is ignored.

If someone wants to file a bug report that 'score AWL 0.8' does not result in a
lint error, feel free. I don't feel strongly enough that that behavior is a bug
to open the bug report myself.

In any case, the behavior is as designed, so I'm closing this bug as WORKSFORME.
