Virtual library app

Is it possible to get the VLib application to work under Tomcat 5.0?
Directions anyone?

Mine is not working - getting message
"The requested resource (/vlib/) is not available."

Or is JBoss absolutely required?

Regards

Andrew

It would be pretty trivial to port the Vlib to another app server. It includes some JBoss specific
descriptors (for EJB CMP).

The VLib example includes EJBs, so you'll need a full application server.
Tomcat gives you servlets and JSPs, but not the EJBs.

Strictly speaking, any app server should work. I've only run it under JBoss,
though.

Best,
Galen
