   > TLS connections, in general, can be made without client certificates and authentication. It's nothing to do with HTTP - this is for the binary protocol (pulsar+ssl://...)
   
   Sure but one can always do lookup on `https://broker/` and then use TLS on wire protocol, my question how the HTTPS server is affected from that flag, since we should provide the same behavior across the two of them.
