Thanks for the help. I will try with mod rewrite. Also i
found servlet filter(http://tuckey.org/urlrewrite/) which provides a
subset of mod_rewrite functionality . I will test this with the filter
and mod_rewrite.

You could also do this using mod_rewrite. transparently redirect
all urls like blogname.domain.com to www.domain.com/blogname
without changing the URL.
For DNS CNAMES you could use one of the more dynamic DNS
servers.

It can be achieved with Mod_jk/mod_proxy and Apache Virtual
Hosts but i
don't want to change the apache configuration file for every
registered
user. I am not sure how i can configure virtual hosts
dynamically for mass
virtual hosting in apache.I appreciate any help on this
configuration.
