   ### Steps to reproduce
   鼠标快速划出echarts 挂载的dom，但是在划出dom 之前经过tootip框，会复现此bug导致tootip不会消失。
   
   有时我的图表数据种类较多，所以tootip框很大时，这是个必现的bug。
   我并没有设置tootiop 的 enterable 属性。
   
   ### What is expected?
   鼠标不在挂载的dom内 且 不在tootip框内时，隐藏tootip
   
   ### What is actually happening?
   鼠标既不在挂载节点内，又不在tootip 内，tootip依然存在。
   挂载的dom隐藏之后tootip 都不会被隐藏掉，直到鼠标划入tootip在划出为止。

   将浏览器大小缩小后使tootip占比缩小，将更容易复现这个bug
