SpamAssassin on Windows(win32)

Dear All,

Has any one implemented SA 3.1.2 or 3 on MS Windows (win32)?
If so are they stable on win32?

3.1.3 is solid on Windows Server 2003 here. Even sa-update is working
(with GPG even after some patching).
