mod_proxy

Hi

I'm interested in making certain additions
to mod_proxy. Having looked at quite a lot
of FAQalike info I can't see how additions
rather than bug fixes get made to the apache
modules.

Who should I contact?  

I believe that the addition would be welcome
to any serious firewall proxy users.
