[jira] [Updated] (SYNCOPE-1163) External Resource priority is never NULL

Francesco Chicchiriccò updated SYNCOPE-1163:
--------------------------------------------
    Description:
Despite setting any External Resource's priority value to NULL via REST, it always reverts to 0.

This has an important side-effect with [asynchronous propagation|https://syncope.apache.org/docs/reference-guide.html#propagation], which is actually never triggered.
