[Bug 60757] mod_proxy_hcheck Doesn't perform checks

Any update on when we can expect this fix in 2.4.25 or newer version (2.4.26)?
We have what appears to be the same exact problem. We cannot use
mod_proxy_hcheck as the health check URI is not being called at all.
