Switching to snapshots for wss4j

Just a quick update....

I'm going to switch the builds to use the 1.5.8-SNAPSHOT version of wss4j so 
we can test with it and use a couple of the new API's.   1.5.8 should be out 
in a couple weeks so this isn't a long term thing.   I just want to make sure 
we test with the SNAPSHOT and all is well prior to the 1.5.8 release.
