cvs & website down?

Is it just me, or is the whole cvs & website system down? 

I can't ssh or anything, and both http://www.apache.org &
http://jakarta.apache.org don't seem to be connecting.

There was a power outage in SF, hence the problems you describe. The
problem seems to be solved now.

By the way, your message to general@logging required moderation
because you are not yet subscribed to general@logging.
