[VOTE] Nomination for Bhakti Mehta

Hi All,

 I'd like to nominate Bhakti Mehta (Bhakti.Mehta@sun.com) for committer
status. Bhakti is a member of the JAXP team at Sun, and has been working
on Xalan/XSLTC for several months now. She has submitted bug fixes for
all these Bugzillas:

 While analyzing 24782, she also noticed that ForwardPositionIterators
were no longer needed and submitted a patch that I have just committed.
I think she would a great addition to our team.
