Description:
(i) Fix in develop, epm-v2.5.2-tpcp branches
*Preconditions:*
# Jupyter is created
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Go to Jupyter UI link
*Actual result:*
# Jupyter UI link is not opened successfully
# 502 error shows up
