Description:
Qpid Broker-J test matrix on Jenkins as well as appveyor builds triggered by GitHub actions demonstrate some tests to be unstable, especially when CI infrastructure is under load.
Tests should be reviewed, focused fixes should be applied to improve the test matrix stability and build health.
[PR 424|https://github.com/apache/qpid-broker-j/pull/424] - This PR addresses an error in SystemLauncherTest on Windows, where \ in paths was interpreted as an escape character by Properties.load() . It now uses Properties.store() , which escapes backslashes as \ , allowing the original path to be restored correctly when loaded.
