mod_jk.conf-auto is not automatically generated when Tomcat start s up

Hi,
when I starts up Tomcat, the tomcat-apache.conf is generated automatically.
According to the document (working with mod_jk), the mod_jk.conf-auto should
be created automatically. However, it is not created. What wrong with it?
