autogenerated debug token named "blackberry10-debugtoken.bar" is rejected as invalid, leading to run command failing.

steps to replicate:
1. create new project from repo with create tool
2. attempt to run project with ./cordova/run -k password

error encountered:

[ERROR] BAR name 'blackberry10-debugtoken.bar' is invalid

string blackberry10-debugtoken.bar exists in two locations
/cordova/lib/conf.js
/cordova/lib/debugtoken-helper.js
