[GitHub] geode pull request #519: GEODE-2937: Restore removeFromQueueOnException

    GEODE-2937: Restore removeFromQueueOnException

    Restoring the system property REMOVE_FROM_QUEUE_ON_EXCEPTION.  This was no-op'd in some refactoring code last year and should not have been.
