[jira] [Created] (HBASE-18789) Displays the reporting interval of each RS on the Master page

Guangxu Cheng created HBASE-18789:
-------------------------------------

Summary: Displays the reporting interval of each RS on the Master page
                 Key: HBASE-18789
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-18789
             Project: HBase
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 3.0.0, 2.0.0-alpha-3
            Reporter: Guangxu Cheng
            Assignee: Guangxu Cheng

RegionServer will periodically send the RS Load to Master. If RS is abnormal(eg.Full gc), RS cannot send the RS Load to the Master.
If every RS's reporting time is displayed on the Master page, we can easily know which regionserver is abnormal.
