Double instance of apache mina ftpserver

 Hi to all,
we have embedded the Apache FtpServer in a java FTP client-server application.
The FTP server runs on windows server 2016 (range ports 8601-8650).
Now we need to add on the same windows server a new FTP server that
works on a different range ports (9601-9699).
Is this possbile?
