Since there were no objections, I've updated ci.cordova.io to 302 redirect
to the Apache CI service:

No worries about the response time Dmitry! It's easy to update the DNS, so
just ping me when you've simplified the URI!

I was going to mention that perhaps some of Google's Cordova folks (Andrew Grieve, Ian Clelland, et al.) might have had issues with changing the domain from their Buildbot installation, but they haven't responded, so I guess we can presume that they don't mind. However, I think now it would be worth the effort to port the Chrome Mobile Apps platform stuff to the master medic. @AGrieve, @IClelland: thoughts? Is mobilespec the way you folks test the platform?
Also, I just realized that the redirect URI we provided was a bit rigid since it has verbatim builder names.
