[Bug 123261] SVG Graphic Name self changes on open

It is an older bug. I've got a build from Ariel from about 2011-11-01, where it
is OK. I've got a build from Oliver from about 2012-01-11, which already shows
this error.

Rainer: The graphic is on the first page. You can see the name too in the
Options tab of the picture properties dialog.  You have to set the Navigator to
show all elements, not only headings.
