Current integration tests for Apache Karaf are failing with: 

URL [mvn:org.apache.james.karaf/james-karaf-distribution/3.0.0-beta5-SNAPSHOT/tar.gz] could not be resolved.
Stacktrace

java.lang.RuntimeException: URL [mvn:org.apache.james.karaf/james-karaf-distribution/3.0.0-beta5-SNAPSHOT/tar.gz] could not be resolved.
