I have changed my local copies of JavascriptValidatorTag.java and validator-
rules.xml to fix this problem and I have also created a seperate JavaScript
file with all the static JavaScript so that you can include the JavaScript file
instead of having to include the staticJavascript in every form.
Who do I send this to, so that it can be evaluated by other users and possibly
added to a next version of struts?
