[DISCUSS] Document PDFBox Implementation Status vs PDF 1.7

Hi,

in order to track and document the coverage of PDFBOX against PDF 1.7 I thought to come up with a table outlining the features and the coverage we have similar to Apache fop documentation against xsl:fo [1]. 

Could help people to understand what to expect as well as for developers where enhancements could be done.

If we agree on that I can come up with a structure and some base information but in order to complete it I'd need support. Might be a good exercise for 2.0 too e.g. to track the development status as we rearrange the code.
