Graduation tasks

Gang:

The graduation tasks in JIRA should now be in very good shape.  The tasks
that we have a direct role in are sub-tasks of
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIVOT-352, and the tasks for which we
rely completely on the infrastructure team are sub-tasks of
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-2382, and the two top-level tasks
are linked.

The infrastructure tickets are starting to move forward (the DNS entry is
in), so very soon, our mailing lists will migrate to @pivot.apache.org.
I'll send out a note when that happens.  Your subscription should
automatically carry over, but you'll have to take care to send emails to the
new addresses.
