    Apply JUnit4 instead of JUnit3 in Integration Tests

    When you check the commit, please pay attention to RemoteCayenneCase tests in the cayenne-client module, especially to LightSuperClassIT. I've replaced runBare() methods on @RunWith(value=Parameterized.class) with @Parameters.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/thinline72/cayenne JUnit4

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/cayenne/pull/25.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
