[GitHub] [dubbo-go] hxmhlt opened issue #227: Ftr:auto configure interface name when user call config.SetConsumerService or config.SetProviderService

<!-- Please only use this template for submitting enhancement requests -->

**What would you like to be added**:
Auto configure interface name when user call config.SetConsumerService or config.SetProviderService, instead of configuring it in server.yaml or consumer.yaml.

**Why is this needed**:
Reduce the work for users, and it is useful for service level management.
