[I] Add bounded consumer subscription expression portfolio [rocketmq-dashboard]
yuluo-yx opened a new issue, #3231:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues/3231
## Problem
Subscription details are currently loaded one consumer group at a time. Operators cannot audit expression styles, filter modes, or consistency across an instance, and a fleet-wide manual review can generate an uncontrolled number of requests.
## Proposed change
Add an on-demand subscription portfolio that:
- loads all matching consumer groups through the existing bounded pagination helper;
- inspects at most 100 groups with four concurrent subscription requests;
- isolates per-group failures and reports explicit coverage and omissions;
- classifies wildcard, tag-set, SQL, empty, and other expressions;
- aggregates filter mode, type, consistency, groups, topics, and representative expressions;
- supports attention filtering and search with Chinese/English copy and focused tests.
This is a read-only workflow over existing consumer-group and subscription endpoints.

**Issue Evaluation**
Category: `enhancement` | Status: **Evaluated**
**Feasibility:** Feasible
**Scope:** Consumer group management — subscription auditing view
**Compatibility:** No breaking changes; read-only workflow over existing endpoints
Well-structured proposal for fleet-level subscription auditing. The bounded pagination approach (100 groups, 4 concurrent requests) is sensible for preventing uncontrolled API load. Key strengths:
- Expression classification (wildcard, tag-set, SQL, empty) gives operators immediate visibility into subscription patterns
- Per-group failure isolation prevents one bad group from blocking the entire audit
- Coverage and omission reporting is valuable for compliance and consistency checks
- Attention filtering and search make the portfolio actionable at scale
The concurrency limits and explicit coverage reporting show good operational awareness.
