Squebi is a great web interface for SPARQL: http://tkurz.github.io/squebi/ 

It can/should be used for localhost:8080/sparql/ (available when using the full launcher).

Marmotta also moved to Squebi: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MARMOTTA-474
